Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 banana cut into pieces - frozen during summer
- 1 cup water or plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup raspberries - frozen or fresh
- 1 tablespoon hibiscus blossoms (can be purchased as a tea) or hibiscus powder
- 3 fresh rose hips, seedless
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 aronia powder
Preparation:
Blend the ingredients and enjoy immediately!
Extract the liquids and extract the pulp, that doubles as an excellent anti-age face mask ;)
